Verify USDC / ETH receipt on Base with one command — read-only, public RPC, zero secrets.

What it does

One-line payment confirmation: you shared your wallet address with a payer; this tells you the moment the money lands — no node, no wallet app.
Native ETH balance on Base via eth_getBalance.
USDC via the official Circle contract (0x8335…2913) — guards against counterfeit tokens.
Read-only by construction: never asks for a private key or seed phrase.
Testnet included (base-sepolia, faucet) — rehearse the whole flow without paying gas.
Honest exit codes: 0 data obtained · 1 network error · 2 invalid address.
