🌿 agentmail-send v1.0.0
Send email through the AgentMail HTTP API — for networks where outbound SMTP is blocked. Behind a filtering network, SMTP ports 465/587 fail or are TLS-intercepted while ordinary HTTPS works; if the provider exposes an HTTP API, that API is the reliable path.
Dry-run by default: nothing leaves the process unless --send is passed, so a mis-typed recipient, subject or attachment shows up before it is a sent message. Sending is the explicit act, not the default.
pip install agentmail-send @ git+https://mandrilly.com/git/agentmail-send.git
[git] · MIT · Python ≥3.9 · zero deps
| Exit | Meaning |
|---|---|
| 0 | success (dry-run completed, or API accepted the message) |
| 1 | usage / config error (no body, missing key, missing inbox, oversized request) |
| 2 | API or network failure |
Recipients/cc/bcc/reply-to (repeatable or comma-separated), text + HTML bodies, attachments (base64, whole request ≤ 6 MB), API key from --api-key/--api-key-file/$AGENTMAIL_API_KEY — read only when actually sending, --json/--quiet, and a certifi-aware TLS context (the "CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED behind a proxy" trap). 18 offline tests, no network in any of them.
